BowFlex Coupon Codes

As a dedicated endurance runner, I love to do supplementary workouts to keep my calves and core strong for forefoot running. I wish however, I had more time to go to the gym. Basically, it’s a matter of finding the time to fit in a strength training session that fits into my busy lifestyle. And of course, finding the time to do that is only half the battle. I have to afford and get my money’s worth in a gym membership, and lets face it, gym memberships can be pricey for what I want in a workout.

So instead, I workout at home and I feel I am more prepared to do so (from a motivational standpoint) –especially during the winter. I actually do more exercises in 1 hour at home, than 2 hours at the gym! And, I have saved more money by investing in home gym products, if you factor in the time and cost required to go to a gym. Today, I have teamed-up with BowFlex to share BowFlex coupon codes with you because we want YOU to be prepared to workout at your OWN financial convenience in the comfort of your OWN home!

"I believe the forefoot strike is the engine of endurance running..."

BSc Neurobiology; MSc Biomechanics candidate, ultra minimalist runner & founder of RunForefoot. I was a heel striker, always injured. I was inspired by the great Tirunesh Dibaba to try forefoot running. Now, I'm injury free. This is why I launched Run Forefoot, to advocate the health & performance benefits of forefoot running and to raise awareness on the dangers of heel striking, because the world needs to know.

P.S. Don't forget to check out the Run Forefoot Facebook Page, it's a terrific place to ask questions about forefoot running, barefoot running and injury. I'm always happy to help!
