The outsole materials of the Inov 8 210 is constructed to reflect the barefoot condition which is incredibly helpful for kick-starting improvements in running form because the pressure-sensing and motor nerves in the foot can be more fully switched on, leading to enhanced movement awareness which in turn, may help produce a more effective forefoot strike landing during running.
