Do Vibram Five Fingers Work for Running?

Minimalist running shoes, like the Vibram Five Fingers, have gained almost universal acclaim for being safer for running than cushioned running shoes. In fact, a study in the journal, Footwear Science, found that runners in the Vibram five Fingers Bikila had far better outcomes in knee and back pain than runners in conventional running shoes, such as the Nike Pegasus 28 and the Nike Free.
