Forefoot running has gained universal acclaim for being the safest, most efficient way to run! More reasons to run forefoot comes from the observation that ALL sprinters and short distance runners (200m-1500m) as well as most of the best long distance runners (5,000 – marathon) are NOT heel strike runners.
