Learning to forefoot strike when running is easier than you think! This is because forefoot running is literally hardwired in us and running barefoot in small amounts is the BEST starting place to learn forefoot running. Humans evolved to run barefoot, therefore we needed to evolve optimal mechanical defences against injurious impacts in the absence of underfoot cushioning!
