My name is Bretta Riches and I promote the health benefits of forefoot running and the importance of barefoot/minimalist running to help runners develop the capacity to run strong and injury-free. There are lots of evidence-based research showing that runners run at their best when they run with a forefoot strike. I work with runners instructively through my blog to help make a corrective effort and provide a speedy resolution to liberate runners from injury with forefoot running.

Your generous funds will help my ongoing efforts to make a difference in the running community where many runners lack the educational resources regarding proper running form. Because many runners are uninformed on the science behind safe running, places limits on their progress due to injury. It is for that, I will be truly grateful of any fund(s) which will help expand the resourcefulness of Run Forefoot, helping runners stay on the path to pain-free running.

Please donate (click the donate button below) in any amount of your choosing to help keep Run Forefoot going!

Thank you so much!

"I believe the forefoot strike is the engine of endurance running..."

BSc Neurobiology; MSc Biomechanics candidate, ultra minimalist runner & founder of RunForefoot. I was a heel striker, always injured. I was inspired by the great Tirunesh Dibaba to try forefoot running. Now, I'm injury free. This is why I launched Run Forefoot, to advocate the health & performance benefits of forefoot running and to raise awareness on the dangers of heel striking, because the world needs to know.
