Do Minimalist Shoes Help Flat Feet? YES!

There’s good reason minimalist shoes are becoming more and more clinically relevant. Unlike cushioned conventional running shoes, minimalist shoes give your feet the space, flexibility and ground-feel to strengthen many key areas of the foot, such as the arch.
