Is it Bad to Heel Strike When Running?

The most injurious running style is heel strike running because it was consistently found to produce the most jarring and collisional forces, and causes the foot to wrestle too much with the ground, resulting in the transfer of more bending and rotational stress from the foot up the leg, whereas forefoot running results in the biggest reductions in impact over-exposure because it was found to automatically produce a symmetry of more functional mechanics tied to more footstep and knee-joint stability.
