What is the Correct Foot Strike for Running?

One of the biggest myths in running is foot strike doesn’t matter, however research on impact mechanics over the last decade proves foot strike matters immensely in running. This is because forefoot striking was confirmed as the safest and most economical way to run because it dramatically reduces time spend braking and prevents the burst in high collisional impacts produced in heel strike running.
