How Can I Run Without Damaging My Achilles? Land Forefooted!

Forefoot running was found to be the most protective on the Achilles tendon than heel strike running. When you land with a forefoot strike, the knee automatically bends slightly, allowing the foot to land under the knee, and closer to the upper body.
