Vibram KSO EVO Review

Vibram KSO EVO Review

Like all Vibram shoes, the KSO EVO maintains Vibram’s popular feature that made them so popular: the toe sockets! As for running, the KSO EVO performs best in drier conditions, but despite being so thin and airy the KSO EVO is surprisingly warm in dry, wintery weather than other Vibram models. Also, the KSO EVO performs admirably well for walking and running on the roads, sidewalks, grass, beaches, trails and other soft surfaces. The fun doesn’t stop there as the KSO EVO is perfect for gym workouts, including box step-ups, barbell and kettlebell exercises, burpee’s and high agility movements, and MORE! "I believe the forefoot strike is the engine of endurance running..."

BSc Neurobiology; MSc Biomechanics candidate, ultra minimalist runner & founder of RunForefoot. I was a heel striker, always injured. I was inspired by the great Tirunesh Dibaba to try forefoot running. Now, I'm injury free. This is why I launched Run Forefoot, to advocate the health & performance benefits of forefoot running and to raise awareness on the dangers of heel striking, because the world needs to know.
