Vibram KSO EVO Barefoot Shoes Review

The Vibram KSO EVO sits on a zero-drop, 4.7-mm thin rubber sole that employs tightly packed zig-zag patterned tread which provides sure footing on loose terrain, like sandy or smooth dirt trails, and handles well on wet, rocky surfaces, asphalt and even concrete. This airy barefoot shoe performs admirably well for walking or running on the roads, sidewalks, grass, beaches, trails and other soft surfaces. The fun doesn’t stop there as the KSO EVO is perfect for gym workouts including box step-ups, barbell and kettlebell exercises, burpee’s and high agility movements. They are also good for kayaking, kite-boarding, jet skiing tubing down a river, boating, showering in public showers and are ultimately superior to sandals in these wet conditions.
