I’ve had the Vibram KSO EVOs, which are one of my favorite forefoot running shoes, for a couple years now. I run 18km-21km daily in them, on grass, dirt/dusty trails and pavement, mostly in the spring, summer and fall. Structurally, they’ve held up pretty well, but you can tell that there’s been a lot of miles tacked on them! Nonetheless, I will continue to wear them because Ive had nothing but success and good quality miles in them. Read my FULL review of the Vibram KSO EVO here!
BSc Neurobiology; MSc Biomechanics candidate, ultra minimalist runner & founder of RunForefoot. I was a heel striker, always injured. I was inspired by the great Tirunesh Dibaba to try forefoot running. Now, I'm injury free. This is why I launched Run Forefoot, to advocate the health & performance benefits of forefoot running and to raise awareness on the dangers of heel striking, because the world needs to know.
