There’s a saying in the minimalist running community: “Less is more”, meaning less shoe material gives you more gains in foot, ankle and leg strength, better balance and safer, more efficient running form that includes a proper forefoot strike landing.
Unfortunately, less is also more money as minimalist shoes are pretty pricey considering there’s really nothing to them! However, minimalist shoes are still cheaper than most traditional running shoes which can run upwards of $500! Minimalist shoes can be up there in price too, which is why I created this page that contains daily deals on minimalist shoes.
Here are the hottest deals from the most prominent, reliable minimalist shoe brands:

BSc Neurobiology; MSc Biomechanics candidate, ultra minimalist runner & founder of RunForefoot. I was a heel striker, always injured. I was inspired by the great Tirunesh Dibaba to try forefoot running. Now, I'm injury free. This is why I launched Run Forefoot, to advocate the health & performance benefits of forefoot running and to raise awareness on the dangers of heel striking, because the world needs to know.
